How do i access my course?

One you have purchased or signed up for any of our online courses, they are available to watch immediately.

You can find them in the 'My Courses' page on our main menu. To do this, you must be logged in to your account.

I can no longer see my online course

Once your access expires (typically one year, but can vary depending on your chosen option), the course is no longer visible to you.

If you feel you are still within your 12 month period & still cannot see the course you have signed up for - let us know, we're happy to help.

How do i submit case studies?

Not all courses require case studies. For our online courses, where case studies are required, there is a page at the end of your course with details cover what case studies are needed, how to send them & where.

How long does it take to review case studies?

This can vary depending on the course you're studying & the volume of other students submitting at the same time.

When assessing case studies, we assess them on a first come, first served basis. We aim to have all case studies initially fed back on between 2-4 weeks depending on volume.

What if my case studies fail?

If there is something we cannot pass, your feedback will include details of why and we will simply ask for you to rerecord the particular element that has not passed to allow you to rectify it.

Only select In-Person courses benefit for online access - but when they do, you can access them in the same way online courses can typically be accessed, by clicking the 'My Courses' option in the main menu while logged in.
